Return Policy

At Megan & Paul Sydney, we aim to provide a smooth and worry-free shopping experience. If you wish to return an item, please read our return policy carefully.

1. Conditions for Returns

  • You may request a return within 30 days after receiving your item.

  • All return shipping costs are the full responsibility of the customer, including any international shipping or customs fees.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition, with all labels and tags attached.

  • Trying on items is allowed, but wearing them beyond fitting is not permitted.

  • Ordering multiple sizes with the intention of returning part of the order is not allowed.

2. Return Process

  1. Register your return by emailing info@meganpaulsydney.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

  2. You will receive the return address of our fulfilment partner (located in China).

  3. Ship the item back at your own expense, including any customs fees or international shipping costs.

  4. We strongly recommend using a track & trace method so you have proof of delivery.

3. Refunds

Once the returned item has arrived at our supplier’s facility and the condition has been approved, your refund will be issued within 14 days to the original payment method.

4. Liability

  • We are not responsible for lost packages when the tracking information shows the parcel was delivered to the address provided by the customer.

  • If an incorrect address was entered during checkout, this is the customer’s responsibility.

  • Address mistakes must be reported within 24 hours after placing the order.
